I can say a lot about my personal experience with this law firm. And giving it a rating of one star or clicking all of the options under why I do not like this business isn’t a fraction of enough. I posted back on 12/29/20 a review much like this one about the lack of communication there was. “ A lawyer is ethically bound in keeping the client informed throughout the case. Not in the case. I was in the dark throughout it all until they dropes me as a client without my knowledge or without informing me in advance. It's been a year and I didn't know what happened throughout that year. They don't answer your calls, nor do they respond even when they tell you they will call you back at 5 well that 5 turned into 5 months in their book. 1st car accident, 1st time dealing with lawyers and I'm a nervous wreck and have been. Look somewhere else for representation! At least they will keep you loop.” I was then asked by Cesar himself to take it down since he was personally going to get to the bottom of things. It’s been almost a year since then and I was still kept in the dark. Nothing changed. Just the paralegals. This case was handed more times in the past 2 years than in a game of hot potato.I have been nothing but understanding and even helped the law firm as much as I could. Whether it was going to the hospital to get records they “lost” or “didn’t have ,” getting the information from my old insurance cause another excuse or giving them my personal files such as bills and documents I attained of said car accident cause the new paralegal needed it. And that’s taken it’s sweet time getting back to me. About 9 months lost in transit. All for what? So they can tell me that they don’t know how it is they didn’t tell me something earlier regarding my case cause there is nothing they can do. All for nothing! This law firm has caused me more havoc than my own car accident.Those scars closed up faster than it took any of the paralegals to pick up the phone and call.

The cesar ornelas team went above and beyond on my case, from the intaker Elizabeth Reyes to my case manager Lorena, they made sure i got the appropriate treatment and the compensation needed for the injuries i suffered. Not to mention always answering my calls day or night. This firm is the best... thank you for assisting me with everything. Cliente muy satisfecho
