I was excited when I saw how easy it was to schedule a yard cutting and found it easy to request an appointment. However, on the day they were supposed to service my yard, they canceled on me due to being overbooked and scheduled me for a later day. Today is now that “later day” and they just canceled once again due to being overbooked. Very disappointed in this service as the idea is great but the execution is flawed. Terrible. They use the family emergency deal as an excuse… customer service just says sorry…. Go elsewhere unless you want to have to reschedule again and again.

TL;DR - Lawn Love does not contract with reliable, quality contractors nor will they be liable for damage caused by said contractors.
Almost comical how bad this service is. Booked an appointment and the LawnPro didn't show. When he finally did show several days later, he didn't complete the job.
Lawn Love got me connected with a new provider who again was a no show but several days later when he did show, not only did he do half the job, he also destroyed a good amount of the sod and slope by taking a riding mower through an area that very clearly would not be a good idea.
Reached out to Lawn Love to cover the repair costs and got 2 quotes for repair per their requirements. Quote from ScienTurfic Sod was $1000 and quote from Westside Grounds was $1040.
After sitting on the quotes for 10 days, Lawn Love stated the would only cover $350. Here is their response:
"Our apologies for the delay while we investigated your claim. Based on the photos we cannot approve the quotes that were presented to us. Westside Grounds indicated an entire pallet of sod (approximately 400-500sq ft) would be needed. We don't believe there is that much square footage that would need to be repaired. The other quote from ScienTurfic Sod was for 150 sq ft, which is more in line with the photos, but still high. Based on those facts, we can offer you $350.00 towards grass repair. We believe the yellowing areas will heal with regular watering and they are not permanently damaged, and the areas that could need sod only require about 1/3rd of the material referenced in these quotes. Additionally, Lawn Love is a technology platform that pairs up the customers with lawn pros which are local independent contractors to perform lawn care services. We always try to help mediate any damage claims that occur during service, but the independent provider is ultimately responsible for those claims, not Lawn Love. Hence, you can file a claim against the provider who was assigned to the property to cover any additional cost. Let me know if you have any questions and thank you for your patience"
Not only are they grossly misrepresenting the size the damage, they are saying that they are not liable for the damages. Services: Lawn mowing/maintenance, Weed control

I am so frustrated with this experience. I called Lawn Love weeks ago to have my job bid and scheduled. After multiple weeks of reschedules, price increases, long phone calls, and poor communication, the job remains undone and unscheduled. After taking multiple days off of work because my service was scheduled that day, every single time without fail no one would show up, I would call the company to find out what's going on, only to be told that the provider cancelled the service or rescheduled the service the day prior - and yet no one let me know.
If you need a job done, don't trust Lawn Love to get it done. They just re-sell services in the area, you're better off making 25 calls to local providers, and saving yourself hours and hours of frustration and annoyance. Absolutely awful service. Called and set up appointment after two reschedules they showed up and did the absolute bare minimum so they could say they did something paid for bagging and removal and they left everything on the ground tons of weeds left 2 inches from where they got other weeds overall extremely poor service quality and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY Services: Lawn mowing/maintenance, Garden tidy-up, Weed control
