Don’t know when or if they will show up. This is a real shame. They used to be outstanding. For the current level of service they are also increasing their rates.

Do not use this business. Look elsewhere.
The lady who answers the phone is loud and unprofessional with “huh” and “what”. I had to call 3 times to schedule service, each time because I was promised a call back, but no one from the company ever called. I should have paid attention to this warning sign.
I had a below surface water leak with the sprinkler system and I also needed the sprinklers adjusted as some were spraying the wall. This was my service request.
Ruben Saenz, the owner, showed up on time, with one other guy, to fix it all. Ruben told me he is the best in the business, right up front, and no one was as good as him when it comes to fixing irrigation/sprinkler systems.
While Ruben did notice and fix another major leak in the sprinkler system, he did not fix the original underground leak I called him for. I tried to show him where the leak was but he straight up ignored me. He told the other guy, doing all the work, to disregard what I was showing him. He also did not adjust the sprinklers at my request, he told me to water for longer periods of time.
Ruben is very sure of himself, cocky and full of machismo. He does not listen or respect his customers who are women. If you are a woman and you need someone to fix your sprinklers or do landscaping, run, don’t walk, to find another company.
Ruben’s hourly rate is $250 whether he works the full hour or not. I paid him that rate for fixing the newly discovered leak but not for addressing any of the service issues we originally called him for.
I ended up having to call another company and pay them another $200 to fix the issues. And they did listen. They fixed the original leak and adjusted the sprinklers without insulting me. Thank you M&M Irrigation and Landscaping! Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance

Very unprofessional. After scheduling an appointment for an estimate they arrived late. I hired them anyway, I was wrong to do so! I cleared my calendar for the date and time THEY CHOSE. An hour after the time they were supposed to arrive, I called to find out why the were a no show and no call. I was told, "you know what the guys are having trouble with the trailer and I didn't have your number." Of course that was a lie! I was than told, " let me check with the guys and I'll call you back within 15 minutes." An hour later and still no call so I called them back. I was told, "you know what, we may have to reschedule." What does that mean anyway, "MAY ," either you do or you don't. My answer was no thanks, I don't need such an unprofessional company. When you find a good company in El Paso, keep it and cherish it, they are few and far between!

Look elsewhere. This company is unprofessional. They claimed they called to change the service time to a later time. The reality is they never called. Worst they tried to make the excuse that they did call (you can't beat the call log).
