I used Super Jumpers for my daughter's birthday party this past Saturday. They arrived on time and easily set up a bounce house for us. Thats the only positive.  Unfortunately, the bounce house deflated half way through the party. When I called for assistance I was advised that the extension cord they used to set up the bounce house was old and likely faulty and I should, during my daughter's party, go ask a neighbor for a cord or go purchase one. It was Saturday and most of my neighbors were out. I asked the service if they could bring me a cord and they said they were 45 minutes away. After I asked outright "so you are saying you are too far away to come fix the bounce house I rented for all day that does not work," they said "yes." Later I was able to use a neighbor's cord after the party was over and the bounce house still did not reflate. The blower itself was broken. The service oferred no apology or even acknowledgement of my daughter's disappointment. I can not recommend this company.

Called them on Sat. Had a balloon, #19 on their website ready for Sunday. Setup was quick. Price was great too. Definitely using them next time.

Showed up on time my kids loved the water slide I would Definitely recommend renting from here will be renting again for all my kids Parties I even had a great time on it and for the price you cant beat this
