Only deducting one star because yes the wait is atrocious. Really though - if you go to a post office expecting to breeze through it like a Chick-fil-A drive thru then it's time for a wake up call. Come prepared - come with some Hot Cheetos and a good movie. You'll be fine. Staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable which is the reason for the stars given. I have encountered several staff members and they treat you with as much courtesy as you dish out. The golden rule is a crazy phenomenon.

4-6 weeks for a key. 7 weeks later still no key. 06 August Update : 3 months later still no key. 16 August: 15 weeks in still no key. 23 August: Post office finally decides to tell me they have no record of my paperwork. They are going to put me on an emergency list may get key next week.

As far as customer service I haven’t had any problems. Staff seemed helpful and friendly to me. Maybe I caught them at a good time. Wait for key mailbox is super long-months. If you have to go, pick up mail, expect to wait in a long line. Might as well bring a good book and make sure your phone is charged so you can be somewhat productive while you wait. Should also bring one of those small camping chairs.
