Horrible experience with AP department. You charged us a ton of late fees for supposedly past due invoices, and cut the service leaving us with CERO gas for our forklifts. I spent 2 weeks searching into this, to find out AmeriGas was applying all our ACH payments to the oldest invoices instead of the correct invoices, then charged us with late fees for your mistake. also I received my statement with a reference# INSTEAD the invoice number, so I don't have a way to search for those numbers in our database. soooo unprofessional and lack of ethics.

The delivery service is great as always. The problem is the automated payment option. I tried getting my payment done for 2 hours one day and the call was dropped on me at least 8 times when transferred to the secure payment option. When I called and was able to speak to a representative, and I spoke to several trying to get my payment done for 2days. With one of the representatives that I spoke to, it was very difficult understanding her because of the background noise. Sounded like a family in the background laughing and talking loudly. So in my opinion, the automated service needs work to make it easier for customers to get through and make their payment. Plus a quiet background when speaking with representatives.
