I just began dealing with IROC (I'm a tenant) as of January 1, 2024. I happened to read some of the reviews here and it is concerning... however, Rick was extremely responsive in my case and helped resolve a matter that was long overdue with a couple of phone calls I completely respect everyone's review opinions on here, but I must express my own personal satisfaction- it was immediate, effective and professional The 5 stars are justified in my case, I could easily add one more star IMHO: )

Rick Soto, is a terrible property manager. He deleted work orders on their resident portal without notification. I have to call and demand a request of what was going on in order for them to explain that they were experimenting with a new way of providing services more efficiently. Even after then work orders were still not being addressed. Once had an ACTIVE leak from the cold water line for washer and dryer took them 5 days to address the issue by then the water had already saturated the baseboards causing discoloration. That's just scratching the surface of the 1 out of the many work orders they took forever to addressed.
