very unprofessional! DO NOT use this company. The owner is very uneducated and thinks that just because you signed a lease that they can violate certain laws

Cynthia was very unprofessional and rude with her nose stuck in the air and only caring about what commission she could make from the transaction and she flat out stated it. Please save your time this is not a nice person and only in it for herself. Just plain rude sums it up.

IF YOU ARE MILITARY DO NOT RENT OR BUY PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY. This lady Cynthia Morris is very unprofessional, uneducated, and thinks herself to be above everyone else. Trying to communicate with this lady or her employee Lilly Martínez is very frustrating because upon communicating with them I can barely get a word out without being rudely interrupted with rude accusations and assumptions. Upon breaking our lease with military orders, they thought that they could charge us for a full months worth of rent when in reality military is protected under law for instances like this. I sent her an email with information about how military is protected under law and then called her 20 mins after sending the email around 5:15 pm to follow up with her and she refused to communicate with me. She started with “I’m sick and throwing up” after I asked why she refused to read my email. When in reality she didn’t know I had spoke with Lilly Martinez prior to calling her and Lilly had said she had an appointment at 5:30 PM with another resident. This company is full of lies, deceit, unprofessionalism, and lack of communication. This isn’t our first problem with this company and I’m sure it won’t even be the last problem with them unfortunately.
