At first both Alan and Jorge we're great at everything went smooth as far a communication, they were very involved. When installion time came around the Titan team completed the installation before i got home from work and needless to say their work was mediocre, even leaving a wire cut inside my panel and claiming it was like that before. I wound up fixing the issues myself because these people could care less once they have your money. Conduit work outside the house still looks like it was done by an apprentice and forget about the free bulbs its been 4 months and nothing. They do not answer calls however when they wanted the sale they were like vultures. I do not recommend these people at all.
