Very helpful store and amazing service! Employees were very friendly and great. They made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I always go to the store on Darrington in Horizon because I didnt know this store existed but Im glad I found it. The employees here have a lot of patience I was nervous about upgrading my phone because I didnt know how to do all the transfers but Serina made sure everything was set up for me to use my device. She and the other employees made it easy to navigate through my phone with no issues

Just walked in and did not even get acknowledged. The two guys working there seemed so rude. My husband was the one that said hi and didn't even get a response back.

Worst customer service ever. They dont listen. I went in for a tempered glass and said I couldnt get one unless the phone was insured? I was confused and asked for clarification since my other phones are paid off. Then they said since always and began to give a run down of everyones employment status and time frames of employment. I said Id go somewhere else and exact response was byeeeeeee Dont know how 4 years of employment and still not knowledgeable of services and customer service.
