I took my truck for an Oil Change since 7am. I talked to service rep Juan and told me he was going to give me a call to give a status and the charge for the oil change. Its 1:30pm and i havent received a call and nobody has touched my truck. What kind of service is this? Rude and very unprofessional. Is this the face of DOCKETT Freithliner???? B/S. 5:30pm and still no call. No Email. I appreciate the reply but your reply is not helping me. I have bought several trucks from you guys and am very disappointed with your service.

I ordered a part for will call pickup. When I called to confirm, they had no record of my order and had to start over. They gave me the wrong part and caused my mechanic to go to three places to get the right part. That was six hours of another shop wasting time, and me waiting. When I returned the bad part, the worker who took my original order said, Heres the right part! I wasnt amused. Even returning the part was laborious. Very unprofessional.
