Prices are ridiculously high. I guess only if you're rich can they save your animal.

I rescued a dog with a broken leg. Hes a puppy. Let's starts with blood in the same exact spot on the waiting area floor for 3 straight weeks. The vet tech had to be told 4 times not to put the puppy down, despite being told she did it anyway. He now has parvo in between vaccines 2&3. Let's move on to communication. Nobody speaks to each other or charts notes regarding care. One shift says one thing. A week later, they have no idea what they're doing. Finally on my final visit (I can let a dog get sick at home for free) I watched as they took in a dog who had already passed. Rigor mortis was already beginning to set in. They didn't tell the poor lady her dog had passed until after they discussed charges for seeing the dog that had already passed away. Yeah they are pretty gross. There's a special place for these type of people. Update. My puppy died tonight due to the exposure at the vet clinic. I noticed that you have responded to everyone else about calling in to discuss issues based on the reviews left here. Except for the ones where incompetence is noted. I was really concerned about that blood on the floor for 3 consecutive visits and the idea of sick pets no being quarantined away from injured or returning animals. I'll be sure to post the pictures of blood on the waiting room floor for 18 straight days , any time someone needs a vet.

I give it zero ridicously expensive unprofessional and rude. My dog suffered a serious injury it took them 5 hrs for to see him and they said we are seeing critical patients my dog can't walk all dogs that came after mine left before mine and walking. I was told also they will send me the radiologist report via e-mail and I have not received it I called and I was told the same thing that I was told when I was waiting for my dog by the unprofessional woman there is 3 people ahead of you.
