We have had a terrible experience with this company and after almost three years and having seen the review that we left they are calling to check and see if they can come out and charge us $265.00 for changing our alkaline system tanks, Just so they can say that they made an attempt to contact us.
One last attempt at robbing us and lying to both myself and my wife. No thank you!
Now were going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Puronics is a great product its the distributors at AquaCrystal llc that lack customer service and are untrustworthy. They have made no attempt to contact us over the issues weve had even after the Corporate office at Puronics contacted them. They want to just sell you the unit and forget about you.
Too little too late.

I was one of those Hard Sells, I questioned everything, even questioned the questions. Well after seeing the demonstration and Mr. Scott Crains presentation, I was overly impressed and convinced to purchase the system. Scott, you made me a true believer, so much that I plan on purchasing another home soon, and this water system will be one of the first additionsits a Must Have. Oh and didnt even mention that the system was installed less than 24hrs ago. Im so thankful as is my family. THANK YOU MR. SCOTT CRAIN.

This is by far the best local water purification and water softener company that is locally owned. Okay I have had my system for about 2 years now. Whenever i need help or have and questions or concerns they are quick friendly and very helpful. I was hesitant at first to buy a system for my house i did shop around and by far they have the best warranty that i found. I was offered a free water analysis which was a plus and helped me to decide if i needed the system or not. The technicians are very knowledgeable and were able to assist on all my questions. I recommend them to all homeowners interested in any type of water treatment for there home to give them a call at least for the water analysis.
