Merry Maids

My aunt got me a cleaning from this business for a gift. Was supposed to be two deep cleanings. They did pretty good in the living room, but in my shower it looked like it wasn’t touched, under my bed definitely not touched. Nothing was done basically in my bedroom except theft. When I came home money was missing From on top of my safe, and all the rolled quarters were gone out of my change bucket! My aunt contacted them, with no reply. There was a lady that dropped off two Men to do the cleaning. A different group did come by for the second paid cleaning, but my aunt refused to let them in. We were not reimbursed any of the money that was stolen! Service: Deep clean

Unable to get service started; attempted twice but they never call back like they said they would.

The first few services were very good but the manager chose to send out a different group which did sloppy work, she acknowled the work was sloppy after she came to my house to check and promise she were going to send someone different to re clean but didn’t. The manager sent out an email I replied, reminded her she owe me a cleaning,she didn’t respond but a month later she decided to withdraw money, when I contacted her, stated she was suppose to have my house re cleaned, she said that she had been short staff and were just getting out of the hospital but yet chose to get paid for work not done. The manager very un professional instead of trying to resolve the issue she escalated it. I will never use Merry Maid nor recommend them. Service: Standard clean

They don't answer the phone. So, I communicated with a representatives in the chat box. The first woman's name was Pam. The second time, the woman's name was Michelle. I asked why their company in Flower Mound, Tx never answered the phone, but neither lady gave me an answer. I guess my question was too intimidating. Michelle told me that someone would call me before 2 pm on June 26. No one called. I found a cleaning company that answers the phone. Their representative will come to my house on June 28 at 10 am to visit with me and have a look at the house. Now that is what I call good customer service. If a company does not answer the phone, I don't do business with them. If a company does not call me back when they say they will call me back, I don't do business with them. Customers have basic standards.
