DO NOT GO HERE. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. While inspecting the clothes at the store, I noted some clothes that was not cleaned properly. I requested and they agreed to return the clothes to be cleaned again. The second time it came back Exactly the same as it was the 1st time, when I Requested a resolution to the matter they treated us like we were ignorant thieves just not wanting to pay our bill, despite the fact that we had payed one ticket ahead of time and had pictures to prove their mistakes. They went as far as threatening us and calling the cops. They discriminated against my husband for being black and proceeded to yell and scream and escalate a very simple situation to the point that I welcomed the cops to come. On top of everything, on multiple occasions they purposely charged our card higher than the prices they quoted on the receipts we payed on and this happened even before the confrontation took place. Let me reiterate, this has absolutely nothing to do about the price of the bill as we happily dry clean our clothes all of the time at a location up the street, but we were trying to find a place closer to home. I have never encountered a problem with the cleanliness of my clothes that a service professional would not be able to easily take care of. This is their specialty. This has everything to do with demeaning their customers and racially attacking them instead of resolving a simple mistake.

very bad business. be careful with your expensive clothes. I dropped suits and pant for the first Dry clean, since I bought it. They messed up my pant. they won't take responsibility. very arrogant personal. this business have no place in today's word.. I left the pant there. i dont need anything from them. they could not even apologize. take pictures and video while dropping your clothes there. my advice take your business somewhere else.
