They sent me an email asking for information to generate a quote for me. That conversation took place 3 weeks ago, still have not received a response back. Screenshot for proof.

If you can get a response from them you're doing better than me. I went through their website to contact them, filled the form out last Saturday, to day is Friday. I also left them a voicemail 2 days ago. I haven't heard a word from them. I'm trying to find a full lawn maintenance company that will keep the grass mowed, beds clean, trees trimmed, bushes trimmed, etc. Guess they aren't interested in my business.

I really cannot believe the other five-star reviews for this company. We frankly had one of the worst experiences we have had with a contractor with these folks. We spent top dollar for a new wall, plants and assorted minor adjustments to our landscaping and are still fixing their poor and sloppy work. The wall looks bad and was not done correctly (I had to work with them to get it to where it is even now), over half of the shrubs have now died (they were in terrible shape when planted and were very small), and they did not put a lining down underneath the rock accents that were put down so I now have weeds growing all over the rock beds (the amount of rocks put down were so bare you can see the dirt underneath). I also had to constantly talk to them about their crew leaving garbage on my property. End result - we spent $13k and have spent about $4k (and counting) fixing their work.

We are very pleased with the excellent service we received from Main Street. We had contacted several companies about doing landscaping work, but they ended up not being reliable. Main Street was always responsive and kept us informed of the plans at every stage. Katie took a personal interest in our needs, asked thoughtful questions, and followed up to ensure we were happy. We are very grateful for how fast and well the work was completed.
