        My experience here is still fresh in my mind, even after 3 weeks. The staff was very friendly and helped me choose from the menu. I decided on the CHICKEN ENCHILADAS and, of course, CHIPS and salsa. The enchiladas were so flavorful and a generous portion for the price. Tabetha was right when she said the chips were very good. The chips were fabulous. Light and crispy. Also, I found the setting to be engaging with a lot of interesting things to look at. I highly recommend "Texican Cocina", in Graford, Texas and I will return to try the stuffed AVOCADO.
