Absolutely awful. I put in a claim for hail damage which 2 independent roofing companies and a public adjuster all recommended full roof replacement due to extensive hail damage. Your company denied my claim not once but twice, forcing me to go to appraisal which you guys sat on for over 40 days before accepting it and assigning an appraiser, all while my hired public adjuster was sitting on his hands waiting for you guys to respond. I spent an entire afternoon on the phone trying to get someone to give me an answer about whether my 40-day late appraisal demand would be accepted or not, getting transferred from one person to the next and no one could give me an answer until the 5th person I talked to finally acknowledged that your company had only just entered the appraisal in their system! Your company is sleazy, deceptive, inefficient and downright hostile towards your customers. I will never again use Allstate and I tell everyone I know to stay far away. You are NOT in good hands with Allstate...
