This place is awful. I contacted the office sometime around April 19th. I explained to them my issues and the lady I spoke to Ranell said that Paul could help. The next day I emailed all my information. After about a week I sent another email basically asking if they had received my information. The response was yes and they thought that they had responded. Over two weeks later I emailed and asked if I could at least get a time frame since I had heard nothing. I was told again by Ranell that she would check with Paul - this was on April 27th. The following week I called and spoke with someone else who told me that they could handle the work because I was concerned that maybe they were too busy. She said she would call be right back. I never heard from Ranell or this other lady that I spoke too. In the meantime because of the bad reviews I started working with another CPA. He resolved my issue in about a week and a half. Today May 21st I sent Ranell and the office an email asking for them to destroy my information and informing them that they are unprofessional and unresponsive. I read he reviews but took my chances. Please don't make the same mistake that I made. Contact me if you want the name of a superb CPA who is responsive and professional.

Met with him one time, then couldn't get him to reply to my numerous emails for a month and a half. Kind of hard to generate new clients if you ignore them.

This is the worst slum lord you could ever put your trust in. I stayed in one of his properties for a entire year getting rained on because of holes in the roof and paying for the ants to be removed over and over again because of all of the holes in the property. I complained several times and no one came out to fix anything because of where the property was located. I completed my lease and when I moved out I had the house cleaned unlike when I moved in and when I moved out they did not give me back my deposit of 1100 dollars or even one dollar because of a iron burn on the carpet. The burn was the only damage we had done to the house. I would not recommend this company to anyone and if you put your trust in this company I do recommend you speaking with Terry because she is probably the only reason he still has a company. Horrible man with a horrible attitude and work ethic. Im not ashamed of letting him know that this is LaTonya Cole writing this review. SMH LaTonya Cole
