Short answer: Long lines 1.5-2.5 hours, rushed/bad customer service experience, 1 haunted house not 4 as advertised, paintball looked fun though, but did not experience, would go back for the night paintball, looks much more promising. Go to another house, come here for paintball (maybe) Long answer: The line was very long, we waited for 1.5-2 hours (after already purchasing our tickets) the "free drinks" was Michelob and bud light, as well as softdrinks. They said their mix drinks was "broken" How mixed drinks was broken is beyond me, but ok beer is fine if you like beer, but just free soft drinks and beer. It is advertised as 4 haunted houses, and maybe there's 4 "sections" or something, but it was just one haunted house attraction. It was decent the actors were good, worked hard to scare and they made the place fun, was very appreciate of them. HOWEVER the customer service was trash. People kept getting harassed by an undesignated employee about going in and out of line to go to the bathroom or get a drink while waiting through the long line. Would get yelled at to go "below" a rope instead "above" the chain rope line. Thought this person was trolling and joking, but I realized this person was very much serious getting into heated arguments with people in line about how to cross the rope properly. The line was not moving for about an hour, then when it was getting close to closing time the line started moving much more quickly, as you can assume it was because they started rushing people. Which I can understand wanting to close and get people out of the park, completely understandable, you want to close in a timely procedure, but the way they went about it was terrible. As soon as we went in there was one working right behind us the entire time yelling at us to go faster, when we were going just between light jogging and power walking speed. Halfway through another worker got behind us and was doing the same thing just right behind us yelling to go faster and saying "walk walk walk" like it was some power walking fitness class instead of a haunted house. Absolutely and completely ruined the entire experience, they would just follow and yell at us, and I couldn't even pay attention to any of the people trying to scare us because they were so distracting. Did not allow you to get immersed in the experience at all. We tried to make the best of it and enjoy ourselves, but the scare experience was completely ruined by this. The actors were good scares and stuff, you can tell most of them enjoyed what they do and would try to scare people, but because of the rushing of the other employees it mostly was ineffective. If they just opened later til 1 or 2am they most likely could combat their very poor time management issues, however they most likely will not, and will most likely just pack as many sardines in the line as they can to get the most money they can, while they can. So if you actually want a haunted house experience DO NOT go here. You will wait in a 1.5-2 hour line to get rushed through a 15-30 minute "experience" -hardly being you're getting yelled at the whole way to rush you, so you don't get to enjoy it. The paintball actually looks really fun. There were glow paintballs all over the paintball fields, and it looked to be lit up in black lights. Very visually appealing and looks to be fun, if it's reasonably priced, however we did not get to go paintballing, but looks promising. 0/10 recommend the haunted house, and would never go back for that experience for some of the reasons described above, however 10/10 would go back to try out the night paintball, because that looks fun and promising. If you get to the park at 8pm, sure you can gamble on having a good haunted house experience, but if you get there at 10pm or later, 10000% do not go to the haunted house, you will not enjoy the experience. -- with the paintball experience read that there were tracer rounds, I did not see any tracer rounds, however they may just be an extra additional cost, and people may have not purchased them, did not see any.
