        I went to pay a bill. A sign on the door said"We'll be back at 1:30. It was 2:20 so tried the door. It was locked. The woman inside looked up at me,.and i expected she'd come open the door, but no, instead she looked back down and continued to do what she was doing. I called to make a payment. Itold them what happened and they said to just call. Sometimes i pay with cash so that wasnt helpful. The other location before this one was never open. That's why I started coming to this one. I'm so frustrated with this company.
