I LOVE this place! I took my BMW here after it left me stranded on the highway and I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it at the time. I got it towed overnight and they were able to find the problem and fix it the following day. They worked with me on the price and now my car is better than ever. totally recommend.

I brought my car to Euro Plus Automotive after I pulled out my car from The Mercedes Benz Sugar Land on the weekend of Mid May this year. I used to go to the Dealership, but lately I was NOT happy the way Cederic, the Service Advisor treated me as a customer. He was suggesting more tests after charging me from the Diagnostic Test of $170 and to think they already knew the problem of my car. In short, the dealerships want to charge me more money. That’s the time, I searched from Google the best european car mechanics in Houston, then I found Euro Plus Automotive. I’ve talked to Pedro and Dang, they are both owners. They are honest people and suggested what is best for my car. They did a big time work on my car which was the timing chain and it’s under the warranty for six months. There are still other problems with my car after that, but whenever I bring my car on their shop, Dang and Pedro will attend on my car problem right away. They give importance and value to their customers. They are charging fair price for European cars. I will highly recommend Euro Plus Automotive to my friends and to other customers who are looking for the honest and great mechanic like Pedro and Dang including Dang’s son, Andrew. Their Receptionist, Daniella is also nice. She’s updating me about my car when they had it for two weeks. I have peace of mind now, I found the great mechanics. Thank you Dang, Pedro and to your staff! How I wish, I found them years ago in order to save up from car maintenance expenses!🤦🏻‍♀️ 😁 Update: I always give Euro Plus Automotive 5 stars, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would do it, because they really deserve it. I’ve known this place since May 2018. In the past, I tried different European Auto repair shop, because of the distance from my former place. But, even that’s the case, I still bring my car to Pedro and Dang. My other mechanics and auto repairs shop cannot give the Customer Care that Pedro and Dang are giving. They are always there for me when I am calling them regarding my car problem. Every time I bring my car, they will check and diagnose it right away. They are honest and will explain well the pros and cons if it needs to be done or not. Pedro is explaining well to me and showing illustrations of engine parts. Of course, being a woman I don’t know much about cars, but with the help of Dang and Pedro, I don’t feel that they are taking advantage of me to over charge me in the parts and labor. This place is so reasonable in order my car to get fix. I am recommending this place to my friends and other people. It is so rare now a days to find an honest mechanic and auto repair shop. Now, even I move to another side of town, I still bring my car to Pedro. It is worth to drive as long as my car is drivable 🤩🤩🤩 Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, General repairs & maintenance, Check engine light diagnostic, Electrical repair, Engine repair

Pedro was very friendly and professional. I thought that my car had a lot of issues but he helped me decide which ones made sense to fix and which weren't, and I felt that he gave me a good price on the things that we did decide to fix.
