Buffalo Wild Wings

Disorganized and slow. Cashier couldnt tell me how long my food would take. Waited more than 45min for a pickup order that was placed over the phone. Got there 15min after ordering. Horrible experience. Only ordered a 10 piece combo. No management present. A bunch of servers walked by without speaking. It is a poorly managed establishment. Wish I could give 0 stars and take back my tip. AND THE FOOD WAS COLD!!!

On May 3rd, my wife and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Washington Ave in Houston, TX for a late lunch. We visit this establishment at least once a week to enjoy your delicious wings. We are blazin rewards members and enjoy all the perks associated with the loyalty program. We redeemed a side order and got cheese curds. We enjoyed our meal and when it was time for the check, our reward redemption didnt go through the system. Two managers was called over to assist with the situation but couldnt figure out why the reward didnt go through the system. After about 5 mins of trying to figure out why it wouldnt work, I redeemed another reward for a Free appetizer just to speed along the process and make sure one of the activated rewards successfully went through the system. With both rewards activated, neither one was redeemed and the managers needed to speak with GM about what to do next. We sat there over 10 mins. Without even getting off his seat to make sure we the customers were taken care of properly, he had his managers come over and tell us to cancel the reward redemption and charge us full price for our appetizer, even though we had 2 different offers redeemed in the app. The GM at this location made zero effort to make to situation right with loyal customers. We will be coming back to this location because it isnt the bartenders, cooks or servers fault this happened. It falls solely on the GM with his lack of caring and professionalism , he did absolutely nothing, didnt even care to stand up out of his seat to talk to us about the situation. We love Buffalo Wild Wings and this situation had to be addressed 100%. This could of been a 5 star experience if the GM would of made an actual attempt to help his customers , this comment has been submitted though the app as well

Management should read this: Whoever was working on 4/14/22 at 4:30-5:30pm should get drug tested. No way these people arent high. Placed online order at 4:35. Please arrive at 5pm. Get there and theres two people at the bar, two tables of diners in the bar area and one other guy waiting for an order. They ask if I can wait 8min for my order I placed 25 min ago while nobody is eating.. I waited 15 min, 40 in total, then I stand up to ask whats going on and my order was sitting behind the cashier. Who else was that going to belong to?? Checked the bag and its missing my side. Get it together, fire whoever was working bc they are a bunch of high carnival clowns. Disgrace

They have the worst customer service at this location. I ordered online for curbside. Followed the instructions when I arrived. After 10 min of waiting. I decided to call to get the status. The employee told that I need to hold on because they are busy. What kind of an answer is that??? Seriously??? The worst service at this location. I will not buy from this location again.

I like this location. The rest of them are starting to suck but this one does not.
