The staff is very good at communicating with the parents. My son has been there for a year and a half and I really trust the staff,they are so caring and attentive with him.

This daycare is not professional! I was in jeopardy of losing my job because I was 2 hours late picking up my children and tried to charge me 250.00 for the late fees which I feel is very over priced. They are not professional no one knows anything concerning how much you owe if anything when it comes to making payments. There communication is very horrible and they don’t care how you feel about it, very unprofessional I never received a contract from them Stating there policy and what changed if anything. They are supposed to be 24 hours but apparently they close at 12am on saturdays now which I feel when changes are made like that parents should be aware Of what’s going on. I’m not a person to judge daycare facilities I like to see for myself and my experience have been very discriminating and inconvenient when it comes to me having to waste my time driving up to a daycare about something I could have been notified about 24hours in advance. If your needing to get in contact with the owner the lady that was supposed to be the owner told me that wasn’t my concern who the owner is which I felt was very disrespectful and I should know because my kids are attending the facility. Ms. Ann is very rude and decided to disconnect the call when I tried to talk to her about things she didn’t even have the answer to let alone didn’t have any proof for me to show that anything has change which should have been said through the pro care app.
