FCS Collections

This company is a joke and thiefs, I hired them to collect a judgement Robert Willard charged me a one time fee of 250 from my card, he would never answer my text or calls never updated me was rude when finally I called him on a block number and he answered. After I checked my bank account I noticed that Robert had charged my card multiple times had stolen 1700 on 6 different charges to my card Robert Willard and FCS collections are thiefs Please stay away I am already filing law suit on them

For a collection company, the owner has a very difficult time taking care his business and his employees; he does not make payroll on time, in fact he is several months late paying staff. He hides, dodges and changes employment rules with regards to hourly wages, tasks, etc. Think twice before taking a job with this firm and think three times before doing business with him as you will hardly see results. All hot air and no results is what you will get from Robert Willard. If you want videos made, hire him, that's all he's good at, however, if you want a job in collections, seek employment elsewhere! Caveat Emptor (May he beware)! As a follow up to my review, the owner of the company personally tried to silence me and admitted to me that he would break the law and sent a screen grab of my wife's facebook photo to me via sms and told me "to check me and my wife's credit score in thirty days" as if to imply he would attempt to break the law and insert something erroneous in my credit file. I have proof of this and it was sent to my attorney in the event of litigation.
