I've been dealing with AllTran for a few years after being without a job for awhile. They have been more than helpful, adjusting payment dates when needed, working with me on payment amounts that I can afford. I wouldn't recommend going into collections with anyone, but this company has definitely changed the way I look at these types of organizations.

They are trying to collect on an debt that had an class action lawsuit settlement for which I have received a refund check. Then when you call the number during business hours they just keep saying they are not available to take calls.

Alltran and More Importantly Jessica R. have worked with me time and time again, I appreciate their willingness and patience, it is my fault regardless of whatever situation is was and now that has put me into collections, however there are many ways of dealing with people, and Jessica and her co-workers are professional and go the extra mile... I would hire her if needed in a second.... Larry

Good luck trying to reach anyone on the phone. When they're trying to reach you it's non stop calls. When you need to reach them they are never available.
