I called in to dispute the Hollywood video charges and the "customer service representative" started arguing with me over the phone, then said she didn't know why I was getting upset. I told her because she kept interrupting me and that it was ridiculous I was discussing this with her when all I wanted were the next steps to dispute it. She told me I didn't have any grounds to dispute, wouldn't send me proof of my so called late fees, and then disconnected our call. Wow. They won't see a dime from me, and it even says on their webpage under Hollywood Video FAQ that they haven't nor will they ever contact credit bureaus about these accounts. Go figure, cause they're claims are totally bogus!
