Hello Everyone, first of all, i don't recommend this place to my enemies,very bad service !! the Dr doesn't spend appropriate time with the patient , he keeps flying between rooms, Mostly for me, the crown imprint was done by the dentist assistant, and when i went to try it, it didn't fit !!! NO WONDER ... they wanted to bring me back for another visit instead of taking the imprint that same visit witch i asked for and instead of giving me an answer they sent me the front desk to discharge me !!!!!!! that was extremely rude , they didn't even bothered themselves to come and talk to me, just to charge my insurance and take money, shame on them, secondarily some times you have to call and call and call if you are lucky they will pick up, when its convenient for them of course, plus the office is old not really updated, no signs of technology,, not really that i noticed overall i had a very BAD experience and i don't recommend this place to anyone .

My son started with Greater Houston Dental and it turned out that the Orthodonist left. He was seen July if 2016 and when we went to his August appointment, there was a note saying office was closed. We never received a call from the office that it was closed or that the orthodontist left. I called and left messages for 3 months on the voicemail as well as with the after hours answering service never received a call back. I made my sons dad take my son up to the office one day after school and call once he got there. The way my job hours are set up I couldn't just go. When he got there he found out it was in a different location with a new ortho dr and we still had never received a call. 5 months with no orthodontic care to his braces. I was highly upset. They wrote off the balance due. I would never recommend them to anyone. And now here we are at the end and time to remove braces we get to an appointment only to find out that the ortho doctor now only works on Tuesday's which I cannot make an appointment to. Again no call, I asked if they could verify my contact info and they have the wrong number one that I've never had before and I updated my number back when he went in the office before and they have called several times to verify my number. Had to reschedule.

I have been coming here for almost 10 years now and even though I moved to Austin I still come back for appointments. I highly recommend Lepow Dental and I will keep coming back as long as I can!
