I purchase prepaid service for a location and the very next day after charging my credit card for $70 I got a text that my balance is zero. I called the customer service and after 45 minutes and talking to 3 people they told me they fix the problem And and I get a call next 24 hours. They today I get a text that my balance -$11 after being on hold for 45 minutes they hung up on me and no result.

At first you guys were absolutely awesome, we had run into a salesperson at Sams Club and we got what seemed to be a fabulous deal and since we are in middle of pandemic we really could use the savings now more than ever. The promotion sounded almost to great to be true and at first the rates were unbelievable I was so thankful they truly were such a blessing but then we fell on hard times due to my husband getting Covid and we keep getting charged an extra $20 disconnect fee for a bill that is a day or two late is what my husband was so confused about because he said theres also no ability to set up automatic payments. How could you keep charging customers if you dont offer auto pay doesnt make much sense at all. I hope to get these issues resolved and our bill credited and then I feel they will be deserving of a 4/5 star rating because in all honesty if they had t tacked on all these extra fees, they have the greatest kWh rate on Powertochoose.org. It does fluctuate but what I liked was the option fir long term contracts because then you are locked into fixed rate and dont have to shop around quite as often.
