1. Delivered to the wrong address.
2. Delivered after 8pm although ordered the flowers 4 days in advance.
Manager should have hired temps or Uber to take up the demand for valentines.
3. Flowers wilted in one day. Literally the next day. All but three were drooping on day two. I'm thinking the stems weren't cut under water or something.
Anyway, out of all the flowers I've purchased in 50+ years, I have never experienced any single element mentioned above; let alone, all three at once.
Buyer beware.
