I started Crossfit about 8 months ago and I though this would be a temporary thing for me. Turns out, CrossFit is not a thing you just walk in and out of every once in a while; if it sticks, it really sticks. For me, this is one of the best decision I have ever made. As a runner building up strength was my number one goal, and as of today I feel stronger mentally and physically.
