Hotel ZaZa Memorial City

Had a great time here with my wife on our 10th anniversary as a stay-cation A lot of interesting things to look at. Room was great and staff was great as well.

Rooms: Room was spacious, clean and looked brand new. Stayed in the King balcony room. The minibar was stocked. Ice is delivered when needed. The water pressure and temperature had my wife happy. The window into the shower was a nice touch ;). Noteworthy details: You will be paying for parking. It is $46 a day without an alternate option. This is the only downside to the hotel.

I stayed in a corner king suite and it was so incredibly comfortable. I travel both for work and fun and have been in many rooms. This one was great for my 5 night stay. Staff was over the top and you get all the comforts of home but in a beautifully decorated hotel. Will stay again!!

Overrated, maybe not First time experience paying for valet parking ($46+ tax) at a hotel. Hotel choice was I assumed it had garage parking to secure vehicle; it did, floors 2-5. The room was as requested, 2 beds, handicap shower, that was good. It did have a small fridge with water bottles, other drinks. A 16 oz bottle of wine was $60. Anything else would be a call for room service, ice, coffee, etc $. There are no vending machines. No morning coffee until 530am in lobby, 0600 hrs each floor at elevator. No morning breakfast, compliments were apples and breakfast cookies. Had I read their gun policy before making a reservation, I would have gone elsewhere. The hotel advertised price was half of what I was billed. Bait and switch. Over $300 to cancel at check in, cost another 160 to stay. Im I disappointed, no. Service isnt cheap, nor is security and comfort. There are no loud disturbances at this hotel. I would have been much happier with coffee when I woke up at 3 am. Dont be surprised if English is a second language.
