Rooms and lobby are nice but bathrooms need updated. Showers are yellow. The pool and spa definitely need upgraded. The spa (hot tub) was actually disgusting. Dirty and green. The pool is swimmable but needs updated. Didn't stop my kids but was definitely questionable. Rooms: Rooms clean and nice but bathrooms need updated for sure. Tubs are yellow.

Sticky stained carpets, hair all over the bathroom, smelly, dirty and obviously unchanged pillows after the previous guests. Design is from last century. This is a half-star hotel. Stay somewhere else. This hotel should be dropped from the Marriott brand. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 2/5 | Location : 2/5 More

Just ok. A lot of disappointments and frustrations. We spent about a week here, as soon as we got to the room it was evident it was falling apart. Corner piece of the wall was hanging off the entire time because the hot glue they used didnt work, huge (burn?) holes in the carpet, smoke detector ripped out and gone in the room. We looked past it. They still claim Covid cleaning protocols and will not send anyone to clean your room unless you give them 24 hours notice. We did and they still didnt come. Our son (4) was very very sick one of the last nights, he had to go to the ER it was so bad. But this left a lot of puke on the floor and bed. We asked for someone to come up to clean (I could only do so much with towels) I marked out the areas on the floor with tissues where there was puke. We came back and the bed was changed but they did not clean up any puke on the floor. They didnt scrub it or anything, so I sure hope they did before the next guest my guess is no. The last day I was with my now sick kid alone in the room and we needed more towels so I called the front desk asking him to bring up more. His response was thats housekeepings job theyll be around in a minute you can ask I explained that we didnt request a room clean so they wouldnt stop at our room. He agreed but still denied to bring up towels. I was extremely dumbfounded and frustrated. I heard housekeeping down the hall (already past our room) so I stuck my head out and asked for towels and she also told me no, that I had to call the front desk to get them because the towels she had were for rooms that requested a cleaning. I explained I went there first and they told me no and I had a smal argument with the girl until she finally gave them up. Just ridiculous and made me extremely upset. Also beware of the parking lot, someone had their dodge chargers entire wheels stolen one day. I will say the breakfast was decent every morning and well stocked, cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Will we be back? Probably not.
