        I'm really disappointed in the customer service from this entire office, including Dianeth. I called multiple times asking to speak to her directly while she was recently out of office. When asked when she would be available to return my phone calls, her office staff replied with "we don't know when she'll be back, she comes and goes as she pleases." I emailed Dianeth multiple times to the point of saying "if I don't hear back from you, I will be cancelling all of my policies with Allstate." If you thought that this would prompt a response from her, you would be mistaken. This local office has ruined my experience with Allstate - I have since moved my policies to another provider and am never looking back!
