I have recently had the pleasure of working with Gail Morrison in regards to my Auto and Renters Insurance. My particular situation with getting insured was a very complex one due to the department of transportation having an error on my driving record. In short it was a nightmare scenario that screwed a lot of things up. Gail was a great business partner in helping me find solutions to fix my problem. Throughout the process, I truly felt that she had the very best intentions and that she was actually looking out for my best interests instead of making money off of me. Gail was always readily available whenever I needed to contact her via telephone and email which I can't thank her enough for. To be honest, at times I was a very difficult customer to deal with and yet Gail's patience with me was remarkable. Even though my particular situation didn't work out with State Farm and her Agency, I would highly suggest Gail and her team to anyone who is shopping around.
