Buyer Beware! One of this companies insured rear eneded my vehicle, it took four days of non stop calling to get someone to answer, not call back but answer. Then they send me to a third party claim processor who can't answer anything but only files the paperwork, then they send me to an Adjuster who takes two days to return a call. The adjuster then can only speak about damages to the vehicle and not my desire to go to the Dr... Then I encounter the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with, from telling me that 'she is so sick of dealing with rude people' to 'this isnt even my job, we rotate covering the front', she then disconnects the call and won't answer the line. Only after calling from my work number do I get her again, I ask for a name to let her know I am going to complain. She goes off again, to which I reply 'you are showing your true colors', she then tells me she is going to report me (to whom I don't know) about the racist call. Yes, you read that correctly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
