Let me begin by saying that I feel awful for having to put this review here. I went to Skinsense to get a lash lift. I have done it before in different places and my lashes always came out evenly curled and close to perfection. Anyway, I went to this place and the lady that treated me was extremely nice! The 2 stars Im rating here are for her attitude which was great. The lash lift in the other hand was not so great. My lashes were curled at some spots and in others they were just flat. As of now (3-4 days after my treatment) my lashes are practically flat again. Some spots are curled but its very uneven. Again, Im sorry to the lady that did my treatment but maybe your product is the one doing the damage. Update: Wish we would have been given the chance to rectify the problem before this review was put up. Common practice is to call the business first. The common practice is to actually do your job. So you dont have comments like this. Im not obligated to call if the place did a bad job. I dont wanna go back here.

From the very first day when I came in for my consultation, I felt very comfortable with Claudia and her staff. I always LOVE the results from her recommended treatments. Ive always been completely happy and satisfied with my experiences.

Excellent service and results in the two years I've been been going to Skinsense. Claudia and the team are always professional and friendly. Claudia always takes time to explain every procedure's risks and benefits. My skin looks great! Every session is relaxing and I always leave feeling great.Thanks Claudia
