BEST DME COMPANY EVER IVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER A YR NO COMPLAINS I HAD MY DOUBT AFTER READING THE PREVIOUS REVIEW BUT THEY WORK WITH YOU AND ARE COMPASSIONATE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. THANKS GUY FOR ALL THAT YA'LL DO

I'm sorry to have to write this review because some of the people who work at Healthcare Services of America were very nice and sincerely helpful. However, I continued to have problems with my daughter's feeding supplies not being delivered on time, or the wrong supplies being sent, for many months in a row. They gave various excuses about why this was happening, but never really took responsibility. So I decided to try getting my feeding supplies from another company, since I didn't want to be on the phone tracking down orders every month. I called them to say that I was switching, and then they tried to manipulate me into staying with them! They said I would have to return the blood pressure monitor that I was renting, even though it's totally unrelated to the feeding supplies. They knew that I didn't know of anywhere else to rent a blood pressure monitor, so they tried to use this as leverage to keep my business. I have never had an experience like that before! It was unbelievable. I would recommend using another company for this reason alone. Customers do not deserve to be manipulated, especially when we are just trying to take care of our children. The people I spoke to on the phone said that it was "the manager" who made the decision. I hope the owner of the company sees this review and chooses someone with more integrity to manage their business.
