Staff is very friendly and the whole concept is good idea but if you suffer from low blood pressure or quick dehydration (try a sauna first for 20min) you might be light headed within 15 min. It’s a 30 min session but it got super quick and I was sweating so much. You do have to be nude in the pod but they cover you up good. They do need to upgrade their towels, they are super old, over washed and small. You do have to drink lots of water before and during because you will sweat a lot. The best part was the cool down right after. Also they show you an LED light of your sweat to see if there are any problems with you based off your sweat but it’s interesting that they don’t have any light for healthy people

Okay, I......I am in love. After doing some research, I came here today, with my brother to try it out. It was AMAZING! I've been having issues with my TFL muscle, to the point that I've been struggling to sleep. After today's visit, my joints feel incredible and I'm just in an all around good mood! This is a great treatment for those who prefer a more holistic/alternative type of healing. It can certainly be intense, especially if you don't use a sauna/steam regularly, but the benefits are worth so do the whole 30 mins. Our host, Leslie is the sweetest and takes the time to explain everything to you. She brings as much water to you as requested throughout your treatment. You're also not rushed to leave afterwards. Pricing isn't bad either, but I DEFINITELY recommend getting a package with or after your first time. Here's the breakdown: 1st time - $29; Package of 3 $79 Each time after 1st visit $50; Package of 3 - $105
