I have a mortgage loan with this company and to talk with real person is a nightmare. Everything is by automatic service. They system said that some body will call you in 5 minutes and you have to wait more than one hour for the call. If we taking about email customer services sit tight because youre not going to receive a email back.

Horrible company, no organization, difficult processes. Foreclosed on a home they wouldnt allow me to make payments on due to my file not being set up yet. They then tell me foreclosure is suspended only for it to sell at auction a couple days later. One day after auction they finally tell law group conducting foreclosure sale to suspend foreclosure sale. Absolutely useless.

This company is not organized. They employees are under so much stress from the leadership they are quitting all the time. This company plays favoritism. Its hard to get out of a department and they leadership can care less about the employees. 3 strikes on being late or absent and they will terminate you half way through your shift. The right hand dont know what the left hand is doing. The managers micromanage their employees. Its like prison at this company and not a single person happy to be working here except for managers.

Im receiving letters from this company saying my insurance is insufficient or about to expire on a rental property I own and that they will be purchasing insurance on my behalf and I will be charged the insurance at a premium. When calling to try and fix this mess, the agents have told me twice that Im not authorised to engage with anything on this property and they cant give me information on it. I own the business, thats own the house, that paid for the insurance, the amount of which the lender prescribed and received upfront and in full for the whole year as a condition for me to do a cash out refi, which is the business I have with them. So Im being threatened to pay for insurance at a premium that I already have, but am not authorised to discuss this with anybodyon the house I own that had insurance paid in full for the whole year I spoke with a supervisor, Michael Stapleton, forwarded him the certificate of property insurance that was issued to all parties at closing by the insurance company, have attempted to follow up with him via email a couple of times, and Im still receiving letters saying that Selene Finance will be purchasing the necessary insurance and that I will be eligible to pay for it. Stay clear unless you want to deal with an obviously incompetent organisation.

Im giving one star because zero stars is not an option. They have the worst customer service ever. You cant even talk with a representative because there is none.
