These guys are freaking terrible. Just awful. I called to make sure they had something in stock and the guy on the phone told me he did. Miraculously when I arrived to the store they were "sold out"--after I had called just 20 minutes before hand and they "had plenty in stock". My coworkers and I took our lunches late and made a special trip for the item. The assistant manager was even worse. Super rude. Didn't care and told us to drive to the north side of town. When I asked the other worker why he blatantly lied to me about having them in stock he denied I had given him specifics of the item in questions. Complete bull****. I specifically mentioned the coupon. At which point, the assistant manager had the audacity to tell me they were not responsible for the coupon (from slick deals). When earlier the employee said "they got a bunch of them because it's a good deal". ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Your employee who is standing RIGHT next to you admitted he was aware of the coupon and you're telling me otherwise? I have always made Staples my first choice--maybe because it's a nicer looking store or just the clever EASY button commercials. Well, Staples Corporation you better up your marketing because you just lost a customer for life. I refuse to shop at an establishment who doesn't respect my time or money. There are plenty of other stores who will willingly take it and with a smile. OH, and by the way; here are some nearby stores so you don't waste your time at this dump; I'm driving to Office Max in Sugar Land (at the Fountains) or the Office Depot off Wilcrest and 59. Avoid unless you like being lied to, disrespected and cheated. A simple apology would have been enough....

I always have a good experience when coming to this location. I usually go for Amazon return service. The staff assists me promptly.
