Terrible communication and unprofessional. After the initial consultation with Joe, I advised both he and Stephanie that I was starting a new job that would demand and require training and licensing up to 90 days and that I would be unavailable during normal business hours due to the schedule. Once the initial retainer was paid, I directed Joe and Stephanie both orally and in writing to direct all communications to my wife as point person on our case. That continued to be ignored. No expectations were set from Joe or Stephanie pertaining to that request nor any fee schedule. After completing training and having 2 off days from work, my wife and I requested a meeting with Joe to settle our case. Day of meeting he states via email Just a heads up. We charge for all time, letters, phone calls, emails, etc. So putting your wife into the picture now can cause additional fees having to deal with both of you. I am out of the office this morning. Please direct communications to Stephanie. thanks And why was that not disclosed 90 days earlier when I directed communications to and appointed my wife as point person for our case? Communication is simple; lack therefore is unprofessional. Joe & Stephanie are both poor communicators and highly unprofessional.

I would advise against. When I wanted to start my issue after making a $1,000 deposit, I was advised that they had been working on my case and I didn't have funds remaining toward my case. I then went to IRS and worked on my issue alone. The IRS did not have any correspondence on my case from my attorney, so I paid and was then on my own. For me it was a waste of money.
