TreadWright Tires

I purchased tires from TreadWright tires on 4/30/20. I purchased the premier wear version of them that gives a 50k mile tread wear warranty. They come with a 1 year defect warranty. They were delivered to me on 5/4/20. Probably didn’t get put on until 5/5 or 6. They only had approximately 6k miles on them because I don’t drive the suburban much because it’s a gas hog so I’m being generous. On 8/13/21 this happened, and I am being told by TreadWright that it is out of warranty because it is 3 months over the defect warranty period and the 50k tread wear is only if it wears out. I was offered a 15% discount on another tire. That won’t happen. I have had TreadWright tires before and never had an issue, but the 1 time I do this is how they treat customers.

Worst tires ever!!!! Great way to spend $388.57 for two months!!! Got no help either, I was told "that's on me". Worst customer experience!!! Do not go to this place!! order #SM356286

I purchased a used truck from a local dealer late last year. It had a set of 2019 265 70R 17 Treadwright mud terrain tires ‘The Claw’ that showed very little wear. In seven months the tires showed excessive wear and started to vibrate and soon badly. I thought I threw a weight and had a bad imbalance but when I went in for a balance and rotation I was shown multiple bulges and not one tire could be salvaged. The tires display a maximum pressure of 80psi I ran them at 60psi. The tires were falling apart from the inside. I would never trust mine or anyone else’s safety on these tires. Buyers beware.
