Illegally towed my car from my apartments with no permission from the manager. They are supposed to check in with the property manager on what to tow and if the car is stickered. they did not sticker my vehicle within 24 hours for tow which is illegal and I will be taking them to court. Customer service was very rude and refused to remedy the situation by simply towing the vehicle back. They said I can go pick up the vehicle for no charge I'm not gonna spend money on a tow truck for something they did illegally. It's obvious yall prey on working class people that don't have time to take yall to court, but I do so enjoy it scumbags Service: Car towing

On my way to work I was behind one of their drivers just now, and the dude was swerving back and forth across two lanes AND the shoulder. He almost got multiple cars and big rigs in the 5 minutes I spent behind him. I moved two lanes over and passed him and as I glanced over I saw that yep, he was texting and barely looking up. Judging by the reviews on this business this sort of unprofessional, dangerous behavior is just par for the course with this company. I have the license plate number if the company is interested in who's going to get them sued by grieving families.
