I brought my 1950's Necchi BU sewing machine in for service/repair. I was complaining that the straight stitch was slanted and that the 1.1 amp motor didn't seem to be as powerful as it should be. He fixed the stitch issue perfectly but the motor still isn't working the way it should. I know this because I have another machine that I just purchased and I don't have to turn the hand wheel to make it start sewing. With the machine he repaired I am constantly having to reach up and turn the wheel and this really effects the quality of my sewing. The gentleman was very nice and accommodating and very knowledgeable I am just sorry my issue could not be resolved.

I took my black and decker vacuum for repair due to damage wheel. It took less than 10 minutes to find the part and fix it. The price service was within my expected range. Great service!

Knowledge and experience. The owner has both. If he can't repair it, it probably can't be repaired. Helpful and reasonable.

Took my daughters rug doctor for repair. Stewart was wonderful to deal with. Very fast in diagnosing issue and repair. He was recommended by another vacuum repair company in Katy, that did not have the part at the time.
