        So disappointed with management at this location. I placed an online order for flyers and when I picked it up, the sizing was wrong and the quality was terrible. I discussed with a customer service agent online and they asked my preferred contact method and assured me that the manager would give me a call to discuss the issue. Instead, I got an email that they would reprint the flyers but not correct the sizing because they said I ordered it wrong. The problem is that nowhere on the order details, receipt, confirmation, or order history does it list what size I ordered. I then called the customer service line and they transferred me to the store to speak to the manager who picked up the phone and immediately hung up before I could say a word. I’m assuming that they simply did not want to deal with the situation and even if it was an accident, I did not receive a call back.
