If I could give less than 1 star I would. Made an appointment for 9am this morning, confirmed over text, arrived to find the facility closed.

Dr. Teddy is a reliable and wonderful doctor who gives thorough examinations whenever I visit. The staff are friendly and helpful, so you can feel safe visiting this clinic.

RUN !!! Worst Doctor experience ever. Came in 12-28-2022 feeling throat pain after drinking water that was polluted per the couty I live in, it was on a website and only found out about this 3 days later. I was not sneezing, coughing, or had body aches, just the throat pain. Doctor Juliet Dontoh advised me to take a strip test could be spelling it wrong, and that came out negative, then said you need to take a covid test, I said I drank water that was polluted and I'm only feeling a throat pain, I read it on one of the websites of Harris county, and that's how I found out as said this in a very polite manner not arguing just trying to understand the reasoning. What happened next no doctor should ever do. She started to waive her hands as her tone got aggressive standing about 6 feet away from me, going back and forth with me as I remained calm, no reason to argue when I just wanted to feel better and had a throat pain. Finally I agreed to the test, and then says it's positive for covid after 10 to 15min, the most unrelaible test, then I said how do I have covid if I don't have any symptoms other than the throat pain which as explained it was on a website that it did happen it was polluted. I was speaking by myself as couldn't care less pay me no mind after that just went straight to prescribed 4 different medicines really weird right?. Oh, by the way did I mentioned I had a copay of almost $100.00 that magically when away for the fact I tested positive. If I hadn't tested positive, I would've have to pay. Very shady practice if you ask me. The staff were no angels either.

Received quality care and very professional services. The receptionist is super sweet and the doctor is great. Also love their music selection "Hillsong" in the waiting room.

Needed an appt quick and they accomodated. Doctor and Staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable to meet our needs and get us on our way. Thank you again to everyone at Zion Urgent Care.
