Lost my disability case and appeal for very basic reasons including he failed to obtain the proper records ... literally contacted me only 20 mins before my hearing with the ALJ to " go over my case" and let me know he was not ready with all the records but would like to proceed regardless. During the hearing never spoke up and let me do everything WITH NO PLAN. Only repeated one answer at the end. He failed to obtain proper records in a timely manner , didn't fill missing gaps. Never contacted me in the year process, only spoke to him 30 min before my hearing on the phone. Staff is absolutely horrendous to get in contact with, always say “what’s a good contact number to reach you at.” And NEVER reach you even after having your number for more then 7 months! Never ever had answers to ANY of my questions. Doesnt even have the decency to contact me to let me know we lost the case or had an issue. They can’t even get the a hold of your own paper work sent in by the government cc’ed mail to them! Im absolutely and utterly disgusted by his unprofessionalism. What an absolute joke.
