H-E-B Pharmacy

Horrible customer service. Not knowledgeable about what they are doing. A lot of the ladies are snarky and have a bad attitude. Could care less about their customers. I have been trying to get help from them for 2 1/2 weeks on a prescription refill and they don't do anything to help. If I could I'd leave 0 stars. This is not the first time I have had issues with them.

Signed up for Covid Vaccination and input why I qualified and got the appointment. Got to the store and a very rude non- pharmacist individual at the counter was trying to convince me I wasn't qualified when I am indeed immunocompromised. This store had 400 doses and the city is only 1300 people...just give me the damn vaccine and leave your personal politics out of it!

Never had a problem one there, staff are always nice, answer all my questions. won't go anywhere else

I normally don't write reviews but I feel in these instances I need too do something, which I'm sure will amount too nothing. On 06/17/21 Waited 20 minutes in line to pick up a prescription only to be told they didn't have our insurance information on file. We just picked up a prescription for my daughter Monday. Gave them my card and was told to come inside and wait or go back threw the line, then rep turned around as I asked a question and walked off. Took another 30 to get the prescription. If they weren't one of the only pharmacy's in town I would go elsewhere. Now fast forward a week. I drop off a prescription and I ask when it will be available. I am told 30 minutes so I could wait or come back. I have to drive back that way in 3 hours so I tell them I will be back about 230. I show up at 2:30 p.m. only to be told that my prescription isn't ready and won't be ready until 6/18/21. Then too top things off, the girl at the window asked if I wanted the prescription today. You would think that was obvious since i was there to pick up a prescription she told me would be ready in 30 mintes, even though I came back 3 hours later. Needless to say I am frustrated.
