Water Bionics was referred by my friend who had been using for past one year with no issues. I think I made a right decision in choosing Water Bionics. They installed full house water softener along with RO under sink for drinking. I am pleasantly surprised their professional behavior and can-do attitude. Installation happened with out any issues and so far no issues. They also cleaned and covered sheet rock after the work, again the work was clean and to my satisfaction. I think Mark got an excellent team and a special thanks to Otto who is operations manager went beyond the limits in identifying the pipes under sheetrock and also helped in fixing the sheetrock after complete install. Thanks to Mark ,Otto and Ty. I definitely recommend these guys. Keep up the good work and professionalism and wish you good luck.

I contacted Water Bionics for RO plant- 5 stage water filter system in February 2020. Mark, the owner, did a good job of the installation. Everything is fine till few months later, knob just came out of the faucet that was installed(as shown in the picture). Sent the exact same picture to Mark as most of the faucets are lifetime warranty. He said he is going to get the repair kit and fix it, then he went AWOL! Second follow up, he was at the funeral, again AWOL!! He never answered the phone call, and now stopped answering the texts as well. My suggestion is to find a reliable company who has been in business for a while, atleast 10 years and are good with customer service and honors their workmanship warranty and stands by the product they are installing in your house. After all, its drinking water for you, your family, friends and anybody basically drinks from that faucet!!

Huge shoutout to Mark Williams at Water Bionics!!!! My family recently had our new water softening system installed and we could immediately tell a difference in the quality of water upon installation. We enjoy the taste of our water now, no longer have a need to purchase water bottles, knowing that its overall better for our appliances (wont corrode), and using less laundry and dish soap. Our main reason for upgrading our water system was to help my dry skin and my 9 month old sons eczema. We searched for a solution for months, and after many failed attempts his pediatrician prescribed an antibiotic cream in order to clear up. His flare ups took some time to calm down even after we started using the antibiotics. Once our system was installed, my skin and Knoxs skin cleared up in less than a week. Fast forward one month later, we no longer need to use his prescription cream. Also, his diaper rash cleared up days later, and hasnt been an issue since then. Ladies, its the skin and hair improvement for me! My hair has been so incredibly soft. Im finally getting my hair back after the good ole postpartum hair loss started a couple months ago. Less breakouts too! Its a game changer. If youve been thinking about getting one, do it!!! Its the best home improvement investment weve made so far.
